Margo and I are thoroughly pleased with our new home and are so enjoying it that I have taken time to write you to describe my experience with Unger Corporation, your sub-contractors, and you during a nearly two year construction period. Our home is located in the northwestern foothills of Santa Fe and construction on the site was difficult because of the steep slope, terrain and escarpment regulations, “green code” regulations, severely restrictive property covenants, a demanding HOA, and unexpected geological and infrastructure problems. Many other obstacles had to be overcome including supplier and materials limitations.Throughout the project we observed Unger Corporation’s highest standards of professionalism and workmanship. Weekly communication was factual, honest, and responsive. Challenges were identified and resolved nearly as quickly as they were recognized. We now have a beautiful home and everyone who visits is awestruck by the quality,materials, workmanship, and finish. Our punch-list was relatively minimal considering the magnitude of the work that was done.
